FitzGerald's House Rentals are located in St Philip, Barbados, West Indies (south-east side of the Island) Adjacent to Sam Lord’s Castle

The Barbados house rentals are six miles from the airport and twelve miles from Bridgetown, the capital city.  Both houses are situated in a tropical garden, on a beautiful sandy beach with wonderful surf and magnificent views.  Because of the trade winds, the houses are delightfully cool.

Large House:

Located directly on the sea. 

This house rental consists of four bedrooms: three twin bedrooms and one king bedroom.  There are three full bathrooms.  A washer and dryer. There is a large living-dining room and a large, well equipped, kitchen.  A broad veranda faces the sea.

The house is a large, rambling beach house.  It will sleep up to eight people. 

The house rental fee includes daily maid service and a gardener.  A cook can be arranged at the expense of the renter(s).  All linens are included in the house rental fee as well.

Small House:

Located on same 1 1/4 acres as the large house.

This house rental consists of two twin bedrooms, each with connecting full bathrooms.  There is a living-dining room area, with a kitchen.  A broad deck faces the sea.

The sea-view from the deck is glorious.  The house sleeps up to four people.

The house rental fee includes daily maid service and a gardener.  A cook can be arranged at the expense of the renter(s).  All linens are included in the rental fee as well.

Advantages:

Both house rentals have a serene and private location. Both are directly on the beach.  The sea-views are stunning.  The houses are ideal for informal relaxation.  Children are welcome and the houses are perfect for a group of family or friends.  Good restaurants and supermarkets are within nearby driving distance.  There are long beaches for walking and swimming within a two-minute walk.  Golf and tennis are available at a variety of locations on the island.  The island is truly a sightseeing paradise.  Duty-free shopping is abundant in Bridgetown, as well as at the airport.

HOUSE Rental Fees:

*No pets please. Rates are in U.S. quoted in US funds.  Customary maid gratuity is 10%. Payment is required in full to hold your reservation.  Cancellations made 6 weeks prior to your arrival date will be refunded 75% of your payment.  Please send us a copy of your flight itinerary. Rates subject to change without notice.

Helpful information:

U.S currency is accepted everywhere on the island.  The U.S. dollar is worth approximately two BIWI (pronounced bee-wee) dollars.  A purchase costing $20.00 BIWI is approximately $10.00 U.S.  Bajans (Islanders) quote all charges in BIWI dollars.
